Traho
Orchestral work - Roche Young 2021 Commissions, Lucerne Festival.
World premiere by Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra with conductor Lin Liao. Traho was written as an homage to the devastation of Australian wilderness and wildlife following the wildfires of 2019-20. The skeleton of the piece is sustained by a gently hummed vocal line set to poetry written by Bea Redweik.

Skin Deep
Sinfonietta co-commissioned by Athelas Sinfonietta and Klang Festival, Copenhagen.
World premiere: Skin Deep is a setting of ‘East of the Sun and West of the Moon’ as a breaking of reverie. The setting details a breaking down of the “fairy-tale” ending, instead, offering an aftermath of journey and expectation to unravel and define a new narrative.
