Written, rehearsed and performed within 24 hours for the Royal Danish Academy of Music Kulturnatten project organised and curated by pianist Lucy Yao. We drew names of composers out of one hat and names of performers out of another, each composer being assigned 3 musicians to write for.
Organum was written on the image of water moving under differing passages of sunlight. One image distilled over the piece and observed through differing perspectives and settings of light over bodies of water.
